Terms of service

My Agreement with you:

  1. Conduct all my dealings with you in absolute dignity, respect, honesty, confidentially, and as an equal
  2. Conduct myself with integrity, responsibility and accountability
  3. Attend meetings on time
  4. Answer the telephone at the agreed time for telephone coaching sessions
  5. Be prepared for your call or face to face session
  6. Treat all information discussed with you or written to you, with confidentiality.
  7. Be committed to both the spirit and the letter of any agreements made with you
  8. Always to ask in advance for written permission from you before releasing your name as referee
  9. Not to defraud, misrepresent, deceive or mislead you
  10. Recommend the services of other institutions or professionals if appropriate to your outcomes. These services are offered without liability, obligation or redress to my company or myself
  11. Share with you all my knowledge, skills, experience and expertise where appropriate and when I deem necessary
  12. Challenge any self-deceptions that hinder your progress towards your ultimate outcomes
  13. Give you all the assistance, help, support, encouragement, and guidance in fulfilling the outcome

Cancellations 1:1 Sessions: As you will be given a protected time slot, it means I cannot offer this appointment to anyone else. I would ask you to ensure that you keep me informed of any upcoming holidays or other commitments you are aware of so that your appointment slot can be allocated appropriately.

Cancel for free up to 24 hours ahead, otherwise you will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellation or 100% for not showing up.

There are no exceptions to this. This is because without adequate notice, I am unable to use the time allocated to your appointment.

Cancellations Women's Circles: Cancel for free up to 48 hours ahead, you will be charged 50% of the service price for cancellation within 24 hours and 100% for not showing up.
