My Story

For longer than I can remember I was living my life in the past and worrying about the future. All the time looking outside of myself for peace and happiness.

With my nervous system constantly activated I was overwhelmed and easily triggered.

Through Tapping I discovered something transformative, and it came as such a wave of relief. I discovered that the only person I could change or fix was me.

All my focus on trying to help my daughters was, albeit with good intentions, such a struggle, and it never got any easier. I was stressed. So realising that I couldn’t fix or change them allowed me to accept them the way they are, and allowed me to focus on me. 

I began to feel empowered as their mother. I realised that when I focused on my own self care and spent time working through my own emotions and worries, that not only was I able to cope better each day, but I has happier, healthier, and my daughters were happier too. Me looking after me, benefited them.   

And that's why I've made it my mission to help other mothers of differently wired & highly sensitive children. I know what it's like to struggle, but I know that you don't have to, and I can help you get to that place of peace. Through Tapping and my other tools I can help you find acceptance and inner peace so you can live a happier healthier life in tandem with your child.
